The PCYC Goondiwindi runs an over 50's circuit class. The class helps older people with strength, balance, coordination, heart health, and stretching. You can take it at your own pace as it's tailored to your own specific goals. The class focuses on strength and muscle growth. There are tailored exercises to support bone density, mobility, and balance. You can also use the gym with cardio machines and weights in your own time.
