Join one of the Agestrong group strength and balance programs. The classes are ideal for older people and they can be taken at your own pace. They help to help build strength and improve your balance. You will use dumbbells, ankle weights, and bands to work your muscles. Chair-based classes are available if you need more support. Classes are run in a safe, supportive environment. The classes are low cost and to make it easy for you and transport support is even available for some groups.
