Penrith Men’s Walk and Talk

Penrith Men’s Walk and Talk
Penrith Men’s Walk and Talk is a free, weekly walking group for men in the Penrith area. The group meets every Thursday evening to enjoy a relaxed walk along the Nepean River, followed by friendly conversation and often a free coffee. You can choose how far you walk, with different distance options available, or you can simply stay and chat if that feels right for you. No booking is needed – you just turn up.
This activity supports healthy ageing in many ways. Gentle walking helps keep your body active, supports heart health, and improves balance and mobility. Walking and talking together also supports mental and emotional wellbeing by reducing stress and helping you feel less alone. Many men find it easier to talk side‑by‑side while walking than sitting face‑to‑face.
The group is welcoming, informal and non‑judgemental. You do not have to talk about personal issues unless you want to. It is about connection, fresh air and moving your body at your own pace. No man walks alone.
