It helps maintain your strength, flexibility, and mobility. There's also a specific Strength and Stability class. This class improves balance, flexibility, and strength to reduce the risk of falls. For a more social activity, join the regular walking group. You will walk at moderate pace on the coastal track for about 4.5k with a few inclines to give your legs a challenge.
