Pilates West Pymble is a Pilates class for the over 50s. Pilates is a good way to build and maintain a strong body. The classes use balls, bands, sliding discs, and body weight. This helps to control movements and build muscle strength and tone. Strength enables increased mobility and safety in everyday life. There are two classes on offer per week, no experience is necessary, and parking is available on site.
