Join a Latin Dance Mix class at the Pines Learning Centre. It's a fun exercise dance class to Latin music using a combination of Latin steps. The first half is for beginners and the second half is for more advanced, so they cater to everybody. Concentrating on direction, balance, co-ordination, and movement, you’ll be amazed at your dance style. Dancing can be as gentle or vigorous as you like. It's great for your fitness and a fun, social way to get moving.
