Plains Fitness Young at Heart is a weekly gentle, strengthening 45 minute exercise class for people of any age. Current participants are typically aged 60 and over. The class begins with a warm-up followed by exercises. The exercises use steps, bands, balls, cardiovascular equipment, and weighted machines. The class helps to strengthen and tone your whole body. There's a strong emphasis on balance and coordination. You will work to your capacity and the class is overseen by a nurse so you know you are exercising safely. Join the class on Wednesdays at 10.30am. No bookings are needed.
