Join the Older Gen program to get fit and healthy. The program focusses on healthy living and movement at any age. You'll work on improving your strength and endurance. Being strong and fit will help you stay mobile and reduce your risk of falls. This helps you to remain independent as you get older. You can stay for a cup of tea afterwards and meet other members of the program. Contact the provider to make sure the activity is still running and to find out more.
