Join your local laughing yoga group for a fun exercise that is good for you physically and mentally. It's a modern exercise involving voluntary laughter. It's based on the belief that this gives similar benefits to spontaneous laughter. It's usually done in groups, with eye contact and much playfulness between each other. It involves a series of movements and breathing exercises to promote deliberate laughter. It's a great way to meet people in your area and make new connections.
