QCCN is one of the providers of the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme in Queensland. If you like the company of older people and would like to give some time back to your community, join the Volunteer Visitors Scheme. You'll improve the quality of life for older people in your area and brighten someone's day. As a volunteer visitor, you'll regularly visit someone at home or in aged care who may be lonely or feeling isolated and enjoy a cuppa, a chat, a game, or a gentle walk together. It's a wonderful way to keep active and connected and you'll make new friends while you volunteer.
