The Centre is a welcoming and vibrant community and home to Reservoir Library. Visit the library to get to know your community better and get involved in a range of activities. There is often so much more than thousands of books and magazines on offer at most libraries. Many libraries host community groups and offer social and learning activities for older people. If you love reading and sharing ideas about literature, join your local library book club. There are sometimes craft groups such as Knit and Natter, sewing, or craft. You could join a puzzle, chess, or games group to keep your mind alert and have some fun. Some libraries offer technology help for your iPhone, computer, and tablet questions. Or there are social coffee clubs where you can meet local people for a cuppa and a chat. You may be able to join local history groups, ancestry interest groups, or writing and poetry groups and author talks.
