Go along to the Rockingham Aquatic Centre to enjoy a swim or lap walking in the heated 50m or 25m pools. The centre is open between October and April each year for public use. It offers a range of activities, including aqua aerobics, lap swimming, swimming lessons, squad training, and water polo. Swimming, deep-water walking, and aqua based exercises are great low-impact activities. They improve your overall strength and fitness. The grounds are an ideal place for a family outing or get together after your swim. There is plenty of shade, a children's playground, kiosk, seating area, and free barbecues.
