The South Australian Aquatic and Leisure Centre is open all year round. It's a great place for you to swim, exercise, and take part in their many events. Lap swimming is a low-impact exercise that improves your overall strength and fitness. Or you can join the Gym and Swim program for a range of classes for any level of fitness. You could try the Mature Movers class, yoga or Pilates classes for gentle, strength, and flexibility activities. For something more vigorous you can join Functional Full Body Circuit, Zumba, and BodyPump.
