
The Sandstone golf course welcomes the community and visitors to play a round. Golf is a wonderful activity for older people to get some gentle exercise and keep fit. Golf clubs can be hired from the Visitors Centre. Or you can join in one of the regular community games of bowling. Bowling improves your fitness, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and core strength. It can also increase your confidence. It's a great way to meet people in the area and socialise too.
