Sarus Yoga

If you want to keep mobile, flexible, and strong, try regular yoga classes. Yoga is an ideal exercise for older people as it's gentle, low-impact, and you can modify to suit your body. Sarus Yoga offers yoga classes on Tuesday from 9am to 10am and 10.15am to 11.15am, or Thursday from 9am to 10am. All levels are welcome. Classes fill quickly, so call to book a place and check class details are still current.
