Seek Fitness Senior class is a 30 minute class for people over 50 who want to improve their overall fitness and wellbeing. The class runs on Thursdays, beginning with a warm-up, followed by strength training. You will use equipment that helps to build your strength and improve bone density, heart fitness, mobility, and balance. The class is run by a personal trainer who will tailor the program to suit individual needs. A beginners' class is also offered on Fridays.
