Senior Move and Groove Exercise

Try a Seniors Move and Groove exercise class on Wednesdays from 11.30am to 12.30pm to keep fit, flexible, and strong. The classes are ideal for older people as they are low-impact and gentle. You can use a chair for extra support if you need to. It’s a great way to keep active and meet other like-minded people in the area. Classes are also held in Mundaring Hall and the Hub of the Hills.
