The Senior Russian Social Club “Friendship” is a warm and welcoming group for older people who enjoy Russian culture, language, and friendship. The club meets at the Hampton Senior Citizens Centre and offers regular social activities in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Members can enjoy gentle yoga for seniors, social catch‑ups, concerts, shared meals, dinner dances, and cultural celebrations. These activities support healthy ageing by helping you stay active, keep your body flexible, and maintain balance. Spending time with others also supports emotional wellbeing, memory, and mental health, while reducing loneliness.

Meetings are held every Friday afternoon and on the fourth Sunday of each month.
