
Keep fit, flexible, and strong with the special Seniors Keep Fit Group. The class is held in the Senior Citizens' Rooms every Friday from 10am to 11.30am. Or you can enjoy a game of carpet bowls with other older people on Thursdays at 1.45pm. It’s a great way to stay active and healthy in good company.
