The North Sydney Council has a weekly strength and exercise class for people over 60 held Kirribilli House. Classes will help you to increase your strength and core stability. They will improve your balance and physical wellbeing. There are two 60 minute classes every Thursday and Friday afternoon. Classes are extremely popular so bookings are essential. Chairs are available as props if you need them. Transport is also available.
