The Shoalhaven Historical Society is a group of people who love local history and heritage. They celebrate, promote, and conserve the significant heritage of the Shoalhaven area. Membership of the Historical Society comes with zero obligations. You will receive newsletters and quarterly history journal. Or you can get more involved by volunteering at the Nowra Museum or joining the committee. The society holds monthly general meetings with guest speakers and enjoys a light supper afterward. This is all completely free. General meetings are on the fourth Monday of the month, starting at 7.30pm at Nowra Museum.
