Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. It is a moving meditation with a series of gentle exercises. The exercises are known to create harmony between the mind and body. Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It can also help if you have arthritis and is an ideal activity for older people and beginners. Join the Tai Chi for Seniors classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Qigong classes on Monday and Thursday mornings as well at different locations. Classes and locations can change so please check the time and venue details first.
