Keep fit and meet other older people in your area at this free one-hour exercise class. You can improve your mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll also improve your balance and agility to walk more confidently and safely. Join the classes on Tuesdays at 8am at Eastern Football Club. Or you can join classes on Thursdays at 9.30am or Fridays at 10am at Alitara, 629 Lower North East Road in Campbelltown.
