Join the Club 60 Walking Group in Tarneit for a friendly and active start to your day. This group meets each morning from 8am to 10am (weather permitting) and enjoys relaxed walks around the local area. Everyone meets at the park behind the Tarneit Community Learning Centre, so it’s easy to find and be part of the group.
Regular walking is one of the best ways to support healthy ageing. It helps improve your fitness, keeps your joints moving, boosts your mood, and gives your mind a positive start to the day. Walking with others also helps you stay socially connected, which is important for emotional and mental wellbeing.
