Join the tabletop games group or the knitting circle at Southcare to meet other older people in the area. You'll enjoy staying active and socialising. Southcare supplies lots of fun board games, cards, and dice games, and you'll get help learning to play. You’re welcome to take along more games to teach them to others too. Some of the games you'll play include Quirkle, Blokus, Balderdash, Pirate Flu, Get Bit, and Hey That’s My Fish. There's also Carcassone, Ticket to Ride, and Taco, Cat, Goat, and Cheese Pizza. Join the community every Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm with tea, coffee, and biscuits supplied and good times guaranteed! If you're interested in knitting or want to learn, join the knitting circle. The group meets every Wednesday from 10am to midday and free tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided. Just BYO materials, conversation, and a sense of fun.
