Southern Highlands Older Women's Network

Older Women's Network (OWN) welcomes older women from all cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds. The aim of each OWN Group is to promote the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of older women. Southern Highlands OWN offers companionship and activities to enjoy. Join the group to take part in the many activities on offer and the regular group meetings. You can join the walking group to keep fit and enjoy a chat along the way. There are book clubs, a movie group, and for a social get together you can join the lunch group. You can also enjoy forums, events of interest, online training, and the annual conference.
