Join the Spirit of India yoga classes on Saturdays and Sundays for a great way to stay active and meet people. Yoga is a gentle stretching exercise that is ideal for older people. It improves your strength, balance, and flexibility. You can also enjoy meeting other people from the local Indian community to socialise. Yoga classes are held in Ryde, Wentworthville, Quakers Hill, and Epping. All levels including beginners and older people are welcome.
