State Emergency Service NSW

State Emergency Service NSW
SES is the driving force behind the first response to floods, storms, tsunamis, and other disasters. Make a difference to people in difficult times by volunteering with the SES. Be the boots on the ground beside the SES trucks, helping people in emergency situations. Or if you’re not strong or able, you can also help in operational support roles. If you’re a good communicator, you can put your social skills to good use in community education programs. If you can’t commit to a long-term role, you can still volunteer and support the cause occasionally. It’s a fantastic way to give back to your community and meet like-minded people. There are many SES Units in each state, and you can find out more details about the locations and apply for volunteer roles via the website.
