Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre

Visit your local aquatic centre and take a dip in their 25m outdoor swimming pool. There's also a 15 metre heated indoor pool in the winter months, or you can relax and unwind in the spa. Swimming is a fantastic way to stay strong and is good for your heart and lung health. You can take it at your own pace, either enjoying a leisurely social dip with friends or working out with a series of pool laps.
