Join other older people in the Staying Sharp program at the Cairns Presbyterian Church to keep your mind and body sharp. It’s a fun way to socialise, keep active, and learn. You’ll get involved in the community mental alertness program and health and fitness exercises. A social morning tea is included so it’s a lovely way to get out of the house, stay active, and meet people in the neighbourhood.
