Try these small group Movement Classes to release tension, pain, and discomfort. Classes are appropriate for any age and fitness level. Every class is low-impact, easy to follow, and will help to increase your range of motion. You'll learn techniques to improve your muscle strength and range of movement. You'll feel less fear of falling and restore your balance and stability. You'll feel increased energy, vitality, and alertness so you can get back to doing the activities you love. The classes are held in a fun and relaxed environment, and you don't even need to raise a sweat or buy any special equipment. Casual classes are $20 per class.
