Step Ahead Walking Group
Join this walking group for a great way to keep fit and healthy outdoors. Walking is a wonderful activity for older people as it's low-impact, good for your heart health, and keeps you mobile. Walk for an hour each Thursday night from 6.30pm, meeting each week at a different starting point in Penrith. Get a walk in each week, stretch your legs, keep fit, and enjoy a chat along the way.
