
Stepping On Epping is a free group-based program for people over the age of 65 years or First Nations adults over the age of 45 who are living at home. It's ideal if you have experienced a fall or are concerned about falling. The program is run over seven weeks using strength and balance exercises to reduce the risks of falling. Information is also provided about home hazards, vision and falls, safe footwear, safety in public places, and community mobility. Free parking is available on site.
