Stepping On Parkes

Stepping On is a free seven-week gentle exercise program for adults aged 65 years and over and First Nations adults aged 45 years and over. The program will help you learn how to reduce your risk of falling and how to maintain your independence. You’ll join gentle group exercise sessions to improve your balance and learn about home hazards, community safety, managing your medications and more.
