
Stepping On is a seven-week group-based exercise program. It's ideal if you are living at home and have experienced a fall or if you are concerned about falling. It covers a range of issues, including falls and risk. You will learn strength and balance exercises to help to keep you stable. The program is delivered in weekly two-hour sessions for seven weeks. Stepping On is free for people over 65 years or First Nations people over 45.
