Still Standing Program is a 12 week group exercise program focused on helping you prevent falls. You will have an assessment by an exercise physiologist before a gentle group exercise class. The class uses exercise bands and you are given exercises to do at home. The target age group for this program is over 65, or over 50 for First Nations people.
