Stirling Leisure Centre - Leisurepark Balga

Stirling Leisure Centre Leisurepark Balga is a vibrant leisure centre. There is a hydrotherapy pool and a functional strength studio. Join the Stirling Seniors class for the over 50s. It is a low-impact aerobics class to assist your movement and improve flexibility and balance. Or there's Hydro Aqua, a slow paced water exercise class in the warm program pool.
