Strength for Life - LDK Greenway Views

Strength for Life is an exercise program in the ACT created to help people over the age of 50. It's also ideal for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders over 40. It helps to improve your physical strength, balance, coordination, and endurance. You will have a one-on-one assessment with a qualified instructor or exercise physiologist. A program is developed and you'll be taken through the program. At each session, there is a dedicated instructor overseeing the program. Classes are capped at 15 people per class. The program is split into two tiers. Tier 1 is delivered by exercise physiologists or physiotherapists. Tier 2 is delivered by fitness instructors. To find out more about the Strength for Life program and to download an enrolment form, visit the COTA ACT website, or call the provider in your area.

Check the organiser's website for pricing information.
