The Lights Community and Sports Centre offers a wide range of health and wellbeing activities to enjoy. These include Strength for Life - a low-cost health and fitness program for over 50's. This class will help improve your overall strength and quality of life. You can also join the gym or a yoga class for gentle exercise. This helps to improve your strength and flexibility. Or try something more vigorous and fun like Zumba or boxing. The centre also hosts a wide range of community groups like dance, pickleball, and badminton to name a few.
