Strength Stretch and Relax at Kogarah is a gentle exercise program for the over 50s. It helps to improve your muscle strength, range of movement, and balance. Classes begin with an easy warm-up. This is followed by strengthening, stretching, and balance exercises for the whole body. It leaves your body feeling relaxed and helps reduce stress. Join the classes weekly on Fridays at 9.30am during the school term.
