Go along to Suffolk Park Hall in Suffolk Park, south of Byron Bay to get involved in a wide range of fitness activities. The hall has a pleasant airy space, with a polished timber floor and a large kitchen. The big covered decks are also a great extension to entertaining areas. Many groups meet at the hall, such as yogalates, seniors' fitness, and a gentle yoga/meditation group. Yogalates is a combination of yoga and Pilates and yoga and yogalates are great, low-impact exercises. These exercises will help to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance.
