The Sunshine Leisure Centre swimming pools are a great place to keep fit, recover from an injury, or simply have fun. The leisure pool is perfect for swimming lessons, aqua classes, and general gentle exercise. The pool temperature is set at a comfortable 32 degrees and there's a ramp, stair, ladder, and hoist access available. Relax away your everyday stress in the steam room and warm spa with jet massages. You can join an Aqua Senior membership with unlimited access to aqua group fitness classes, aquatic facilities, and the spa/steam room.
