These group Pilates, chair aerobics, and dynamic balance and barre classes can enhance your energy levels, mobility, balance, strength, and heart health. The Pilates and chair aerobics classes are part of COTA NT's Fit for Life program. You can either join others in the studio to work out together or use Zoom to try them at home.
