Sutherland Walking Basketball is a fun 60 minute basketball session for people over the age of 50 of any ability who would like a fun way to improve their fitness. The sessions include a warm-up, skill based drills, and game play according to a your skill level, mobility, and fitness. The sessions are on a weekly basis.
