Join tai chi classes on Wednesdays at 8.30am. Tai chi uses gentle breath-focused movements to improve your balance and range of movement. The class is ideal for people aged 55 and over. The gentle 60 minute class helps tone the body for overall fitness and mobility. Everyone works at their own pace and movements are modified to suit all levels of fitness. You can practise tai chi whilst sitting in a chair if it suits you better. Newcomers and beginners are very welcome.
