
Keep mobile and improve your balance with tai chi in the Footscray Library Courtyard. These gentle and safe exercises blend body movements, postures, breathing, and mental focus. Tai chi promotes overall health, fitness, and wellbeing. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Join the group fortnightly every Tuesday from 10.30am to 11.30am, weather permitting.
