Check the organiser's website for pricing information.
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. It is a moving meditation with a series of gentle exercises. The exercises are known to create harmony between the mind and body. Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, can help to prevent falls, and it can help if you have arthritis. Tai chi can be adapted for anyone including people confined to wheelchairs or recovering from surgery. Join the class on Tuesdays at 10.30am in the Hall Pavillion. As dates and times can change, check with the provider before attending.
