Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It can also help if you have arthritis and is an ideal activity for older people and beginners. There is even a seated tai chi class if you prefer. Join the classes on Tuesday to Thursday mornings at either the Coolangatta Senior Citizens Club or Kirra Community Centre.
