Harvey Community Resource Centre offers gentle exercise for older people to stay active and healthy. Tai chi is a gentle exercise program to build your strength, balance, and flexibility. The class is followed by a social morning tea so it's a wonderful way to meet other older people in the area. Join the class on Tuesdays at 9.30am.
