Tai chi is an ancient Chinese moving meditation with a series of gentle exercises. The exercises are known to create harmony between the mind and body. Tai chi improves your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's thought to improve heart fitness, lower blood pressure, and prevent falls. It can also help if you have arthritis. Join your local friendly tai chi classes. Any fitness level and any ability is welcome. Classes are at Club North Haven on Wednesday and Friday morning and Bonny Hills Community Hall on Thursday morning.
